Orientation. :D
Orientation was fun! Tiring because it was for 2 days, 8am-5pm, but very fun! My classmates are very easy to get along with and the chinese people I met so far couldn’t speak Chinese at all but are very fluent in Tagalog or Bisaya(dialect). O.o really. How am I gonna keep my Chinese when I have no one to talk to? Guess I should try speaking with Lucky at least. OOOOOOHHH! Lucky knows how to sit and stand on command now. HEHEHEHE
Anyways, we had fun and games and got to know each other. Btw, some of my classmates thought that Brunei doesn’t have face powder or whatever, food chains and stuff. -_________- Kinda insulted but I find truth in that Facebook fanpage about people thinking we live in trees or something. HAHAHAHAHA!
They took us on a campus tour around Ateneo. About Ateneo, it’s one of the well-known colleges here in Philippines. I’m glad mother and dad took that education plan for me back when I was a kid. So studying now at one of the top unis is freeeee! Well the tuition is at least. The tuition here is equivalent to B$1200+, and that’s per semester. I can’t thank my parents enough. When I become a mother I will think ahead like they did for my anaks.
The campus is as big as from the outdoor b-ball court in school to the primary building. The buildings are tall though adn we have a chapel too. I find it ironic that the chapel’s name is Chapel of Our Lady of the Assumption, quite similar in intitials to the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption back in Brunei. COLA. HEHEHE i just find it a coincidence.
And I met Martin! He didn’t recognize me but I did recognize him! HAHAHA! I must have shocked him a little when I just shouted his name, went up to him and hugged him. I miss him baaaa and I haven’t seen him for a long time. HAHAHAHHAA!
And orientation was that. I have a feeling college life is gonna be fun after all.
at least, I’m hoping it will be.
